| We buy canoes from both Scott Canoe and Souris River
Canoes. Scott Canoe was established in 1965, and is Canada's largest manufacturer of canoes - for a good reason. They are famous for their classically designed canoes, which have a high degree of stability and an excellent reputation as 'packhorses', while still performing superbly. Souris River Canoes has been around since 1985, and are huge in the Quetico Park area, but still not widely known in Southern Ontario. Their canoes are gaining a fantastic reputation for tripping as they use a flexible epoxy resin, a unique Flexible Rib system to stiffen the floor, and realistic, stable hull designs, to create an extremely light and functional canoe.
